The ArMed eHealth app has launched a new tool that makes online medical consultation possible. Patients can now connect with doctors through the app at any time of day without scheduling an appointment or visiting a medical facility, and receive quality medical advice. Thanks to the app's special artificial intelligence tools, consultations are provided quickly and optimally, saving time for both doctors and patients.

Online medical consultation is particularly suitable for the following cases:

• When you have a busy work schedule;
• When you have concerning symptoms but don't know which specialist to consult;
• When you cannot reach a medical facility or are abroad;
• It's convenient for mothers of young children who can enter their child's complaints without leaving home and receive pediatric consultation;
• Leading medical specialists in their fields are connected to the system.

The doctor can prescribe treatment and, if necessary, laboratory and instrumental examinations. If remote diagnosis is not possible with the given complaints, the patient will be called to the medical facility for physical examination.
